“The staff members were responsive and helpful, but unfortunately the overall experience at the village was very disappointing—especially for a stay of just two nights. The room had a strong humid smell, the sofa was worn out and dirty, and the kitchen was poorly equipped and not well supplied. The unit itself felt very old and outdated, and the window blinds were broken. Overall, the condition of the property did not meet expectations at all.”

“Basically, if you are looking for an extremely pleasing aesthetic, this is your place. Take beautiful pics- the string lights are beautiful, the picture opportunities are amazing. But if you’re wanting to do ANY activities, or hang out on the “beach” this is not the place. Every single thing here (on top of the price per night) is absolutely absurdly expensive. My family is 3 people- me, my husband, and our 11 year old daughter. The scuba would have easily been $1,000 after instructions,……

“We had a great 2 night staff over Spring Break. My kids used the 2 paddle boards, also used the bikes to ride the neighborhood. We loved the pool overlooking the ocean. Room 10 was beautiful. Overlooks the pool. Great 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. Very spacious with 1.5 bathrooms. It was better than expected. Very family friendly and felt very safe. We would stay here again.”

“For a two night stay, 3 rooms. Totaling over $4,000, what do you think? Worms in room, cockroaches at entrance, toilet paper so thin you might as well use bare fingers, towels that can rub your skin off, service at coffee stand that took forever, noise from across the hall all night. $50 to park my car when already charged over $4,000? Stayed here last five years. Not again.”

“Pools closed earlier than advertised. You can’t bring outside food or drink onto the public areas of the property but it took an hour to get one sandwich at the Tiki Bar. Once it came, we had a total of three drinks and shared the sandwich. $90. I reduced it because it took an hour but they still tried to bill me full with non-negotiable , automatic tip even though I reduced it when I signed.”

“Great resort right on a beautiful and well maintained beach with nice beach chairs. Very relaxed atmosphere and Cabana Jack's was excellent right next door. Highly recommend for a visit to enjoy the region and gorgeous ocean views.”
