“The resort itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere—but unfortunately, our experience was significantly impacted by ongoing service issues. Housekeeping appeared to be severely understaffed. Over the course of several days, our room was not serviced despite repeated requests. Each time we reached out, we were assured that our room would be prioritized, but that never actually happened. It became frustrating having to continually follow up without……

“AC worked well. Didn't use pool. ”

“We booked a newly renovated 1 queen bed and 2 twin, 2 bedroom villa. The twin room was SO small they had the beds touching each other pushed into a corner, and there was only about 12 inches of space between the bed and wall to walk to the bathroom. No room for luggage, and they had to be put in the closet. There was a dresser that we had to put in hallway bc we couldn't even open the door all the way. Pictures were very deceiving. Another family we met at pool booked a 2 Queen room with pullout……

“You can tell the hotel is older. It’s surface level clean. My kids had fun at the pool & hot tub though. We had to take our dirty towels to the office & requested clean ones. The restaurant attached has a limited menu. It’s basically bar food. The staff at the hotel & restaurant staff was amazing!!”

“Noisey on the lower level, can hear guests stomping around above you. Hard beds and pillows. Good shower and nice balcony though. Pool was nice. Tiki bar is limited during the day. Didn't love that the rooftop bar and rhum house was closed Tuesday and Wednesday as the other restaurants in the area get very crowded. ”
