“Location has forgiven this motel of its shortcomings. It is conveniently located for those visiting Mt Rushmore. We were placed in an ADA room since it was all that was available. The room was very stark, no pictures, walls were dark. A very noisy, very dirty portable air conditioner was in the window positioned so it blew on to the bed. There was no visible way to adjust the air flow to another direction. It cycled on and off making it difficult to sleep. The bed itself was very soft, however……

“What a great place to stay!! Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! A delicious breakfast off the menu was free every morning and they discounted all our other meals we bought there. The owners are awesome along with their staff! Also close to everything you would want to see in the rapid city area!”

“The water bottles that were provided were priced at $5…what if the water was provided for free..this would have been a much more positive experience rather than being annoyed at the cost of $5, which we did not choose to purchase”
