Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' This spacious condo is centrally located between the Mountain House ski area base and River Run at Keystone Ski Resort. Guests can walk to either base or take the complimentary Keystone shuttle! This split-level Snake River Village condo offers 1452 square feet of living space spanning two levels. Spectacular views of the Keystone Ski Area are present from the living room, balcony, and dining area! The residence hosts a deluxe mountain theme décor and features a living room with a gas fireplace, flatscreen television, vaulted ceilings, and queen sofa sleeper. A half bath is located off the living and kitchen area. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dining table plus bar stools at the breakfast bar. Adjacent to the living room is a private deck with awesome mountain views, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed and television. The en-suite master bathroom is complete with a jetted tub and walk-in closet. Both of the guest bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms. The property also offers free WiFi, a double car private garage, and a stackable washer and dryer. The complex has two outdoor common area hot tubs for guests to use. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Shuttle stop is 274 yards from the home. Take a left onto Norse Lane and a right into the Gateway Shopping center parking lot entrance. The shuttle stop is in front of the main entrance of the shopping center Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
