Morning sun, sunrise water view, calm waters, outdoor water activities offering paddle boards & kayaks, two decks and the house provides afternoon shade, dock living, private bedrooms with ensuite, fully equipped kitchen, cozy family room and much more! Community playground and Sound-front beach. We also have 2 kayaks and two paddleboards to use off the dock.

Trash collection is early Monday morning, please place the trash can(s) at the street on pebble parking area with lid facing forward (trash trucks are mechanical).

Instructions for Recycling pick up are on the refrigerator as well as trash pick up schedule.

Please leave driveway gates open and in locked position before leaving.
