Charming 3-bedroom home located in the heart of Kitchener, perfect for families or small groups.   
  
Close to vibrant Belmont Village, Victoria Park, and just minutes away from the Kitchener Market. Explore local attractions, enjoy nearby events, and experience the culture and charm of the Waterloo region.  
  
Please note that there are other tenants residing in the basement of the house, but you will not be sharing any spaces with them. Your area has a separate entrance for your exclusive use.  
  
This spacious home features 3 bedrooms with king and queen sized beds, and one bathroom.  
  
Ideal for families or small groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.   
  
The living room offers a welcoming space to relax with a large sofa and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stove, fridge, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze, and the bathroom is clean and includes a shower and tub.   
  
The home also features a cozy backyard, perfect for outdoor relaxation.  
  
Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, the living room, kitchen, and dining area.   
  
You will also have access to a washer and dryer located in the home, which makes it easy to keep your clothes fresh during longer stays.  
  
Please note that there is no garage access, and guests are not permitted to pick up any packages delivered to the mailbox. Parking is available for two cars.  
  
Please note that there are other tenants residing in the basement of the house, but you will not be sharing any spaces with them. Your area has a separate entrance for your exclusive use.

Whether you\`re looking to enjoy a morning coffee at a local café or experience fine dining, Belmont Village has plenty to offer. The nearby Victoria Park is perfect for a relaxing stroll or a family picnic, while the Kitchener Market offers fresh local produce and artisanal goods. The area is also close to downtown Kitchener, making it easy to explore museums, galleries, and entertainment venues. With a mix of greenery and urban convenience, this neighborhood is ideal for visitors looking to experience both relaxation and excitement.  
  
Getting around Kitchener from this property is simple and convenient. Street parking is available right outside the home, and public transportation is easily accessible, with bus stops just a short walk away. If you\`re driving, it\`s only a few minutes to downtown Kitchener, and nearby access to Highway 7/8 makes it easy to explore other parts of the Waterloo region. The area is bike-friendly, with several trails and paths leading through nearby parks and the city. Taxis and ride-sharing services are also readily available, providing another convenient way to get around and explore all the nearby attractions.

\- No interior cameras are installed, respecting guest privacy.  
  
\- While our home is family-friendly, it does not come equipped with child safety features, so guests will need to supervise young children at all times.  
  
\- While we love animals, our property is not suitable for pets.  
  
\- Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours.  
  
\- The backyard and deck are shared with the owners. Additionally, for the hairdryer to function, the light in the bathroom must be turned on.  
  
\- Our home is strictly a no-smoking environment. Violation of this rule will incur a significant cleaning fee.  
  
\- Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 11 am.
