The space
Newly renovated home with spectacular golf course views. This rental house shares a lot with an additional dwelling. Totally private entrances. Enjoy large back deck for outdoor dining. Spacious living room and open kitchen concept. Master bedroom has on suite and two additional bedrooms share a full bath.

In addition to the front steps entrance there is an elevator for guests convenience. Full Washer and dryer located in unit. Large back deck private to guests.
Other things to note
There are 2 dogs located on property with a fenced in backyard, belonging to the adjacent tenant. Backyard not for guests.
