Fantastic chalet with a view of the slopes and plenty of room
I stayed with 2 couples and 3 other friends (total group of 8) in the house and we had plenty of room! 4 of the rooms could easily fit couples, and the other two still had nice sized double beds. We loved using the sauna after a day skiing and every night we watched a film on the projector. The house itself is well equipped with plenty of towels, cooking equipment and entertainment. If you like coffee, we recommend bringing Nespresso pods for the coffee maker. The house is a 10 minute drive from the closest ski area but we really enjoyed driving to the ski area in Jochberg which was more of a 30-40 minute drive. A few supermarkets are 10 minutes drive away as well. The house is located in a small development but you can walk to a small village. I would really recommend this chalet- especially in winter since it has a beautiful fireplace and very comfortable areas for lounging.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht
Wir haben einen großartigen Familienurlaub mit großer Familie in dem dafür gut geeigneten Haus verlebt. Der große Wohn-/ Ess- /Chillbereich gibt auch einer großen Gruppe die Möglichkeit, sowohl Gemeinsamkeiten zu erleben als auch sich zum Lesen o.a. zurückzuziehen. Der Kamin vermittelt Behaglichkeit, und der tolle Blick auf die Kitzbüheler Berge macht den Aufenthalt gerade bei strahlendem Sonnenschein zu einem Erlebnis. Eine Empfehlung zur Verbesserung: Ein Infoblatt auslegen zur Entsorgung des - von uns ordentlich getrennten - Abfalls und eine Mängelliste, wo wir Hinweise für notwendige Reparaturen oder fehlende Ausstattungsgegenstände (z.B. eine Teekanne) hinterlassen können. Aber das mindert den Gesamteindruck nur unwesentlich.

Wie im Vorjahr allerdings bei viel besserem Wetter haben wir die Zeit in Oberndorf genossen. Dieses Haus ist einfach wunderbar!

Winterurlaub
Wir waren eine Woche zu 8 in diesem Haus, um einen schönen Winterurlaub zu haben.Ein tolles Objekt, wenn man mit einer Gruppe unterwegs ist. Besonders angenehm und komfortabel ist der große Wohn-/Koch-/Freizeitbereich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu verpflegen. Das Einzige, was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Kaffeemaschine, wo wir eine Kanne (statt nur einzelner Tassen) für alle hätten aufbrühen können. Mehrere schöne Skigebiete stehen zur Auswahl bereit und sind gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft und die Umgebung ist auf alle Fälle sehr zu empfehlen!

Traumhaftes Haus in der wunderschönen Bergwelt Tirols
Wir haben hier als Familie einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist groß und trotzdem extrem gemütlich, da es überall mit viel Liebe eingerichtet ist! Alles ist vorhanden, ob ausreichend Geschirr, Gewürze, Kochutensilien, Holz für den Kamin, Handtücher und so weiter! Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Und das Highlight ist sicher die Wohnetage, die riesig, gemütlich, komfortabel und beeindruckend zugleich ist! Die riesigen Fensterfronten lassen einen immer wieder die schöne Bergwelt bewundern! Und wenn man eine Frage hatte standen Katharina oder Frau Bruder selbst immer sofort zur Verfügung! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Traumhaft!!!
Anfangen muss ich mit dem sehr netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Man konnte sie im Vorfeld jederzeit erreichen und sie hat all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Wir sind zu neunt angereist und hatten von der ersten Minute an einen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Das Haus ist riesig, sauber, ordentlich und wahnsinnig geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man braucht! Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit ausreichend Geschirr für viele Leute, eine „Zockecke“ mit PlayStation etc., einen Balkon der Extraklasse mit Elektrogrill und gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten usw.. Vom Haus aus, ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten am nächstgelegenen Skilift oder man wandert vom Haus los. Die Fotos in der Anzeige stimmen zu 100% mit den Örtlichkeiten überein. Alles im Allem war es einfach wunderschön da und wir können es jedem nur empfehlen! Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, gerne wieder! Danke!

DIE perfekte Unterkunft für Tirol und Umgebung
Angefangen vom sehr netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin oder der Hausverwalterin vor Ort, über die bestens eingerichtete Unterkunft bis hin zu einer tollen Gegend mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Unser Kurztrip über das verlängerte Wochenende war perfekt! Die Vermieterin sowie die Hausverwalterin waren stets erreichbar und der Kontakt war äußerst nett! Anfragen im Vorfeld der Buchung wurden genauso schnell beantwortet wie nach der Buchung. Die Unterkunft war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Küche war nicht nur mit Geräten und Geschirr voll bestückt, sondern man hat bereits viele Sachen wie z.B. Zucker, Gewürze, usw. (um nur einige Dinge zu nennen) zur freien Verfügung. Ein sehr großer Tisch mit genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten, ein Gas-Grill, eine Sauna und ein gemütlicher Bereich mit Couch, Liegen, Kamin sowie einen Beamer und Leinwand runden das Equipment ab. Der riesige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnbereich war der absolute Wahnsinn! Durch die großen Glasschiebetüren war der Raum richtig schön hell. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt! Die Sauberkeit in allen Zimmern lässt sich am besten mit „PERFEKT“ beschreiben! Wir sind in einer größeren Gruppe von 9 Personen und einem Hund angereist. Wir waren alle ausnahmslos begeistert von dieser Unterkunft und deshalb werden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen :-)
