Nice location

Our stay was pleasant. The beach club was definitely not walking distance. I expected it to be in the same neighborhood. The amenities at the beach club were great. We played pickleball and enjoyed the food and bar service at the pool and the smaller children enjoyed the waterside. A nice sectional or more comfortable seating in living room would be beneficial. The lanai was enjoyable daily. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Beautiful home in lovely area

We are a group of 5 couples visiting Hawaii and found this home perfect for our needs. The home and bedrooms are spacious and very well kept. The location was great for restaurants, beaches, shopping and exploring the island. We would definitely return!!

Great location on the island and ideal accommodations for 5 couples!

Great space for our group of 10 adults plus an infant - we could be altogether in the living areas, or have time to ourselves. Lovely, quiet neighborhood too!

Family Vacation

Literally the best place to stay as a big family. Had all the amenities that we needed to accommodate our year and a half year old. The private guest house was awesome to have! We definitely had the best time and lots of memories were made!

Lovely home!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home, located in an amazing neighborhood! The property looks just like the pictures online, was furnished with everything we needed, and had plenty of room for our whole family to hang out together. I would definitely recommend this house and this owner when visiting Kauai.

Family anniversary celebration

Had a great time, the house has everything you need. Close to call beaches and the little ones loved the slide at the Athletic Club and the adults all agreed the best MaiTai’s around. Did a daily adventure and nice to come back to house to relax, play games and bbq. Mahola!!

Great Ladies Trip!

We booked this house for a group of 10 and it worked out great for us. We slept 6 in the main house and 4 in the guest house but there was plenty of room for all to gather for meals, games and conversation in the main house. The house was well stocked, location wonderful and communications with Kathryn was prompt. The bonus was having access to the athletic club. Mahalo for a great stay!

Perfect place in Paradise

We had a family vacation with 4 adults and 6 “kids” (ages 16-24) and this home was perfect. The house and guest house allowed us to have space and the living area of the main house allowed us to gather for meals. The proximity to all you would want to experience at Poipu Beach was ideal. And the beach items (chairs, towels, boards, snorkeling stuff) made it cost saving. If we ever travel to Kauai again, we would want to return to this home.

Amazing Home!

This home exceeded all our expectations and more! It really is beautiful and comfortable. The owners made us feel at home with the little kind note they left for us when we arrived. There was more than enough room for everyone, about 10 of us and friends and family stopping by to hang out with us. We are already planning another vacation and I would only rent from these owners if possible.

Perfect holiday getaway in desirable area

This house with guest house next door was the perfect setup for a family vacation with our three sons and wives and two grandchildren. The rooms were spacious with many windows, the verandah was wonderful to gather in the evenings, and included the hot tub. A crib and high chair were provided, along with beach chairs, beach towels and toys. The Athletic Club, which is included was amazing, a short walk away - including pools, water slide, fitness facilities and a restaurant. Also shops and beaches nearby. This is a Don’t miss gem!!

Perfect accommodations for our family vacation

We rented the home and guest home for our family vacation. Both homes were wonderfully comfortable and acccommodated my husband and I and our family very well. The house was well stocked with every amenity you can think of and the location was particularly nice with Poipu Beach, two shopping centers and numerous restaurants well within walking distance. The access to the Poipu Beach Club was also very convenient. One of my favorite parts of our trip was simply enjoying coffee with family on the covered front porch every morning. It was quiet and peaceful. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lovely house

We had 14 people.Grandparents, children and grandchildren, all adults. The 2 houses were perfect for us. The grandchildren slept on blow up beds. The great room in the main house had plenty of room for all of us at mealtime. The neighborhood was very nice and the house itself was quite nice

This is a top-notch property appropriate for all ages!

This place is really perfect. The house and ohana are well- equipped and located in a beautiful neighborhood close to an amazing beach. We much prefer staying in a nice, upscale neighborhood over a noisy resort. I would rent this place again in a heart beat. I have rented many houses and this is certainly at the top of the list. The owner is very accessible for questions and that was a plus for me as we had small children and I had questions. Everything you need is at this house and then some.

Poipu 2024 family get together

The main house and guest house were perfect for our families. They were both better than the pictures in the listing. Having a high chair, baby crib and air mattresses available worked out great for our group. The many options with boogie boards, surf boards, beach chairs, picnic baskets, coolers, chairs and umbrellas was impressive. Many in our group enjoyed going to Poipu Athletic Club to play pickle ball, workout and enjoy the pool there. The location was fantastic to walk or drive to shopping, beach, and restaurants. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property for larger groups of family and/or friends.

Everything we needed! All the kitchen items, lots of towels and beach toys, nice large room for gathering the family together for games. Close enough to all the fun beaches and coffee shops we wanted to visit. Lovely.

Perfection for large family

We had a great stay at Kathryn’s house. House was same as pictures and reviews. If you read everything you will be prepared. The house is super well equipped. There is A/C in the bedrooms but not in the family spaces. It does get hot in those spaces. Keep bedroom doors closed and you will sleep well at night. Beautiful neighborhood and convenient location. Lanai is perfect for sunsets and rainbows. All the gear in the garage is helpful! Poipu Beach Athletic Club membership is awesome! I would stay here again!
