Very nice condo in great area

We enjoyed the comfort and location of the condo. Bayfront, relaxing ocean waves. Great sunsets from the lawn and Beach House restaurant next door.

Beautiful condo & view

What a view! Enjoyed watching turtles in the bay every afternoon from the lanai. Bed is so comfortable! Sheets are amazing! Condo is well stocked with anything you need. I definitely will come again. Great communication with the owner.

Great place, beautiful views!

This place was great! We loved how it was in a fairly quiet spot! The views from the condo were beautiful. We snorkeled right off the beach on the other side of the restaurant. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Great Stay

The condo was great. It was a good location for day adventures and we appreciated the beach accessories! Kitchen was fully stocked, made it easy to cook our own meals. Would stay here again.

Kauai In Comfort

Fantastic location and view of ocean bay! Close to great restaurants and either direction you drive on the Island you have short distances to see the sites! Unit had everything you need for your comfort and a wonderful view of the bay for relaxation! Highly recommend this condo for a short or long term visit: our stay was 11 day.

Amazing location!

This is such a special location. We could hear the sounds of the ocean all the time, saw turtles in the cove next to the condo & watched the most beautiful sunsets & surfers each night. The condo had everything we needed & the bed was so comfortable. We will be back!

Just Perfect

We loved it! The View of the ocean and the mountains were beautiful! The condo had everything we needed. We watched turtles in the water from our Lanai. We went snorkeling right there and swam with the turtles. We went ATV riding which was so much fun. Aryanna was very reachable with any questions we had. It was more than we hoped for. Can’t wait to go back 🌸

Great Location, beautiful views

This was our third time renting in Kauai, and this location was by far, the best. Beautiful sunrises in the morning and sunsets in the evenings. The sound of the ocean was very soothing, and we saw many turtles in the bay from our balcony. If you like astronomy, you can spot many planets in the early morning and in the late evening sky. It's an easy walk to the shopping center which has the Farmers Market on Wednesdays (Be sure to look for the white pineapples at the farmers market). We would definitely rent this unit again.

Four star

Overall this is a nice rental. Unfortunately there were a few negatives. No umbrellas-having umbrellas available for guests, especially during the rainy season, should be a given. We stayed for a month and laundry was a problem. There were not enough machines, only one washer /dryer for the 4th floor. We ended up using multiple machines on different floors. Not ideal, especially when it was raining (slick floors and stairs. Could have used the elevator but didn't want to wait carrying laundry-hands full). Also, some of the coin machine didn't work. There were no coffee filters available, Yes, we tried using the gold filter but that was a pain to rinse every morning. And it was difficult trying to keep the grounds out of the drain. Since we were staying for a month, more paper products, especially TP, would have been considerate.

Honeymoon stay

We came for our honeymoon and wow this condo is amazing! Sitting out in the porch watching the sea turtles in the bay was unbelievable. Beautiful, clean place with wonderful hosts! We will be back.

Great Stay in Poipu

Wonderful place. The unit is very quiet, very well equipped and has a beautiful view. Great location. We had a minor problem and the owners were immediately responsive to me message. Would definitely book again!

Property was very close to all the south shore attractions. Markets and shops also minutes away. Well stocked condo with all the conveniences of home. Also any beach supplies you'd need.

Turtles and more turtles

This was an absolutely terrific place from which to watch turtles in the ocean. The decor of the place is lovely, but the outdoor view from the 4th floor absolutely is the stunner. Broken lanai lock? Yep. Grills next to the dumpsters? No big deal, because there are turtles, and in my world that makes this place extra special.
