Perfect place to stay in Poipu!

This location was a perfect place for our family of 4 to stay. Quick walk to many beaches, shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and had plenty of towels and beach gear for us to enjoy. The property grounds were beautiful and was great to have access to the nearby athletic club. And the host was quick to respond. We would definitely come back!

A dreamy getaway in Paradise

We love this property! This is the second time we have stayed here and we adore it. The location is wonderful and the view is lovely. It is so nice to be able to take a short walk to the beach or pool, then retreat to a cool garden space to relax.

Good location

Nice location that is walkable to the beach and Poipu Village. You almost get too many texts and emails about the property before check in. My only complaints are that the neighbors can be noisy and since the windows must be left open due to the heat, they can keep you up or wake you up too early.

Comfortable and Wondeful Location

This property is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and shopping center with restuarants. The condo is a little dated - the bed should be upgraded. But overall a nice place to stay for a couple. We used the kitchen several times and noticed the cookware could be better. I was worried about the lack of A/C but with the fans and the breeze we were fine.

Comfortable condo, nice temps in January— great for young kids too.

We loved the condo (3 & 5yr olds and hubbie), it was comfortable and a quick walk to the beach! Loved opening the sliding glass doors for the kids to play in the yard, chase chickens and geckos. The laundry facility and pool were more like a 5-min drive. Instead, We unofficially “used” the Sheraton pool, where we got drinks and food poolside while being ocean front (just don’t bring towels to give it away). We could also take a longer walk down the beach to see the turtles, and get food at Puka Dog.Small communication issues should be improved with the check in code included in one of the 10 text or emails we received— as well as info on hours of the pool shack. We did appreciate the option for a late evening check-out for a reasonable fee!

Wonderful, quiet stay

This property is beautiful and well stocked. We had almost every amenity we needed, and the property managers were always available promptly by text. Neighbors were friendly and quiet, and the grounds were beautiful. This property is a ground level condo, so you can walk right out the back door to the nearby foot rinsing tap if needed after a day at the beach or hiking. That being said, the property is not truly ADA accessible, in case that is something you're looking for. The property does not have A/C, it is cooled by air vents and fans. We always felt comfortable and cool even when the days were warm, but if you know you need A/C to cool down, this is something to keep in mind. This property is close to many stores, including a Starbucks right across the street! It's also very close to Old Koloa Town, which I recommend everyone visit. Overall, I'd recommend this property highly!

Convenient & Comfortable

The condo was in a very convenient location. I was in town for a Poipu wedding, and it felt like everywhere I needed to be was 10m away at max. It was clean and comfortable. The snorkel gear, beach umbrella and chairs were appreciated. Plenty of communication so any question I had was already answered. Poipu Athletic club is right across the road, and it's a great option to take advantage of. Parking at the condo was right outside and safe. I agree with other guests - it is close to the road, and there are roosters, so ensure a quiet night by bringing some ear plugs. I did and had no problems sleeping soundly. The beach in front of the property is a 5-10m walk on paved pathways, and tended to be less crowded than Poipu beach. I was able to explore the entire south side of the island really easily from this location. Overall I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, cute property, no complaints!

This condo was great! We loved being able to step outside the condo and immediately walk down a beautiful cactus garden. There was also a beautiful orchid garden and some koi ponds. My daughter (6) spent hours looking for geckos right outside on the grass. This condo is just a short walk to a beach, where we’d go watch the sunrise, although we preferred Poi’pu and Baby Beach for our daughter (and for turtle sightings!). The swimming pool was fantastic, and just a short walk across the street. We didn’t have any problems, so we did not need to contact the host- but they were very communicative and I am sure they would have solved any issue quickly. We also appreciated all of the recommendations for local restaurants and activities! My *only* complaint, which comes with the island of Kauai, was the endless crowing of the roosters at all hours of the night. 😂 But I suppose that’s part of the ambiance and charm of Kauai! Thank you!

Beautiful condo and ideal setting

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was so clean, with beautiful decor. The lanai looked out onto gorgeous gardens with geckos for the kids to scout. The shopping mall across the street was handy. We also really enjoyed the beach and the pool with waterside and convenient Cabana restaurant with fantastic food, drinks and service. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Very pleasing stay

We had a great time! Accomodations were as advertised meeting all of our expectations. We had a ground floor unit with a lanai opening to the grass and the property garden. The location was excellent and easily available to visiting other areas of the island. We used the hide-a-bed for two weeks and found it quite comfortable. The property team was responsive when we had a couple of minor issues (a tv remote). We would definitely revisit this property.

Convenience and roominess in paradise!

This is great location, just a 5 minute walk from a gorgeous beach. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. There is no laundry in the unit which is as described but take note. The property is beautifully landscaped and the rental comes with access to an athletic club which is mall but nice

Wonderful Unit

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit was immaculate and beautifully furnished with unique Hawaiian inspired art. The kitchen had everything you'd need or want. Everything was updated and clean. The location is ideal and the unit was surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The only other comment I'd like to make is that although it's a ground floor unit, there are about seven steps down to get to the front door. The other sliding glass door is ground level with no steps, so this might be something to consider for those with mobility issues. A wonderful place!

We received all of our check in info before arrival so we had no problem accessing the condo. Everything was as listed and we had no issues during our stay. It was great being so centrally located to beaches, restaurants, and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Condo & Property

My friend and I had a lovely stay at this condo - it was just the right size for the two of us and the location was perfect - easily accessible to the beach and town amenities, but away from most of the hustle. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to coming back!
