不满意：服务设施，员工和服务
It was a wrong decision to choose this terrible hotel, staff have bad hospitality we were trying to avoid asking anything especially the old guy, he showed very bad attitude, breakfast is very poor, bad taste and very bad quality. Location is very far from the center and the town you must have a car, it's close to a nice beach but Kos has great beaches everywhere. Room cleanliness was less then average, they provide only 2 towels and 1 bath mat, no aminities at all (soap, shower gel, shampoo..) there was even no TV and the AC is extra charge. The bed is not comfortable. The good thing is that they gave us the room early morning with free upgrade as the standards room were all not ready. The pool size is good enough but we didn't take the risk of trying it, I'm not sure if it's clean.
We took a studio there were some dirty culinary tools and nothing to clean them
It was a calm hotel almost for old people.
Although it's weird to see a dog at the restaurant, but Mag the small dog was the best thing we saw at Athinoula hotel during on the breakfast
