Spacious and very well laid out, with all the necessary equipment for your stay, this house is located near La Rochelle train station. You are assured of having a restful stay while enjoying time with your family or friends. The residents of the dead-end street are present year-round, so we ask our travelers not to make noise outside after 10 pm. This very well-equipped house has been tastefully renovated. It has a bedroom on the ground floor and 2 others upstairs, a bathroom with showers and two washbasins, separate toilets, a living room / dining room with TV and Wifi and a fully equipped open kitchen: \- Refrigerator with freezer \- Oven \- Cooking plates \- Kettle \- Toaster \- Nespresso coffee maker \- Dishwasher \- Carbon monoxide detector The Aloha Concierge will be at your disposal before, during, and after your stay for any questions you may have regarding your stay in this apartment.
