Staff was good. Had two nights reserved. Canceled the second cause of issues with the room so as long as I get my refund as the manager said I would in about a week it’s ok. If not it’s not ok!

They are not doing right maintenance. They need fix toilet. Having leaking under toilet. Shower wall didn’t have soap hold. And shower rod is too short closer wall. And all wall is mess color paint. It’s need good paint. And all trim has minor rust. And tv is not good service. And front door have some gaps where bugs will crawling in. And some outside is ok. Someone left open my ice chest in back my truck and ice is MELTING!!! No security camera in area.

The room was decent. There weren’t any non-smoking rooms available so we just settled for a smoking room. It didn’t smell too much like a smoking room but you can tell they do minimal cleaning since there were cigarette butts by the ac. There were holes in the comforter on the bed, if you turn the heat on, it smells like burning hair, the toilet flushed very slowly and didn’t flush all the way, the outlets were also loose. Somebody random knocked on our door, 2 men, I believe both were high. Had no clue who these men were. They knocked a couple of times and we called the front desk. The response we got was “Sorry.” and then dial tone. We were planning on extending our stay for another night, but ended up leaving the next morning. Also, staff is decent in person but on the phone, they yell at you for not being able to hear or understand anything.

The price was very good and the bed linen was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the room and facilities were quite worn and several things were broken (sink, fridge, bathtub running, cracked toilet, damaged floor). It worked for one night, but overall not a place we would choose again.

This hotel was one of the most terrible hotels I’ve ever stayed. There were too many people outside. It was very noisy. The rooms were dirty. There were cockroaches, big bugs. I was mortified. This type of hotels should be closed and not advertise here in Expedia. It gives them a bad name.
