My go to stay in the Freeport area! A bit off the beaten path, but the value for the money is unbeatable. Washer/dryer, kitchen with fridge, and strong a/c unit.

Clean, quiet affordable room

A fully equipped and safe place to stay. Tile floors, granite countertops and brand new fluffy towels, pillows and bed sheets. There was fast and free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with so many movie channels we couldn't even decide which one to watch. The in-room washer and dryer was so convenient and there was detergent for the washer and the dishwasher making clean up a breeze. The office staff were incredibly hospitable and made you feel extremely comfortable staying there or that if there were any problems they would take care of it.

Pros & Cons

We only stayed one night, but this property is equipped for a much longer stay. The rental units are pre-fab buildings with 4 units per building. You can park right next to your building. They also have an RV park and a bar. They say they are expanding to include live music and a food truck park soon. The location is not near much of anything so some kind of eatery or at least snacks available for purchase would be nice. Pros: this property is quiet and feels safe. Parking is very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen, recliner, and even a washer and dryer. Very clean. Everything in the room is is good condition. Price was excellent. Cons: the bed. So, so hard and uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep well due to the bed, so I will not stay here again unless that changes.
