Overall the room was clean. Major downside poor maintained bathroom, with mold on the ceiling. A hotel in that category must do better than this. "The stay is value for money. Pros: - good view of the Mt. Fuji in the room - walkable distance to train station - there are restaurants nearby which will open till 10 or 11pm - hostel provides free bread, coffee and fruit - condition of the room is better than expected Cons: - the host/staff was not really hospitable, this didn't mean any impoliteness though - sound insulation is really really bad, please be aware if you are a light sleeper - not enough slippers, need to bring your own one"
