We are a retired Amish-Mennonite couple who loves meeting people. Relax and enjoy our second floor apartment in the beautiful Amish Lancaster County countryside. Enjoy sitting in the Eshes original "corn-crib" gazebo. Watch the buggies pass and the Amish farming from your window, enjoy our backyard meadow view of the farmlands. Perfect for a get-away. Children are welcome. There is a large yard, swing set, and sand box to play in. Come and enjoy a vacation in the peaceful Lancaster County farmlands.

pleasant but could improve
I would say that while the location is beautiful and the situation pleasant, there could be some improvement. The space is over a garage, and while they did put a heater in one room, it still was fairly cold. The soap in the bathtub was used. I think there could have been more hospitality in the form of some milk or at least dry creamer that wasn't congealed together. There could be some basics such as sugar packets, real coffee, and perhaps a few snacks? Everything was very spare and there were no instructions anywhere. I'm sure they meant well, but they could do better.

December Getaway
Property and location were great. I made a mistake regarding payment after extending my stay but Lena and I worked it out. Somehow the extension didn't get processed through vrbo and I wound up having to pay Lena directly.
