"The casino was fine. Our room in the Santa Fe Tower was terrible. The two queen beds were fine but I don’t think the room was cleaned very well. The two chairs in the room definitely have to be replaced. They were stained & falling apart. We were in a non-smoking room & the sink countertop had cigarette burns. The light cover in the bathroom contained dead bugs. The bathroom shower curtain had old toothpaste on it. The security door lock was also broken."

"To start off, upon arriving the hotel only had 1-2 valet drivers for the entire hotel leaving people outside for more than half an hour to get their vehicle, then to check in was only ONE lady doing all the booking. Charged me an upgrade fee because I wanted two beds instead of just the one king bed.. This hotel was disgustingly dirty. The first room had dirt, mold and stains on the ceiling along with holes on blankets and cabinets breaking off and falling off yet this was their "renovated new side building" I complained gave me a new room after charging me the upgrade fee and taking 2 hours for the entire process, just to get into another room just as dirty. At this point my mother in law started cleaning it herself because the kids were exhausted and just wanted to go swimming there was stains on the blankets, holes, pillows were dirty and inside out, glass behind the bed was greasy and dirty from someone else prior, shelves and cabinets were falling off as well. The pool was so dirty, not enough chairs I'm Seven months pregnant and had to sit in the floor with all our things because there isn't enough room, along with a smell that lingers like a gas leak or sewer water and the view you get from the family view is trash and what looks like homeless people property in the back. In the adults pool is a little better but still needs maintenance and idk more life. The jacuzzi is gated up. Overall my stay was a disaster and horrible I will never stay there again."

"We been to a couple of casino in Laughlin and this one is by far the best. The view is amazing it doesnt smell when you walk in the beds are comfortable. They only have one pool and its perfect for the kids only goes up to 4 feet. They have adults after hours after 9 to 11 to swim with out the kids. They even have a dj outside playing. The only bad thing is there no bar outside you have to go in to get a drink and go back out. But we loved this place. You getyour money worth "

"I was in a 2 night stay and my experience was good. The front desk staff was really helpful and she tried her best to help me. The checking in process was also pretty fast and easy. The security at the property were amazing trying to answer my questions. Nonetheless I wish the resort was more organized with the amenities that it promotes. Amazing idea about the to-go packs but unfortunately I had to go all the way to the front desk for ice. I tried actually going up 1-2 floors and same down but none worked until I found at least the sign that redirected me to the front desk. This reminds me the view from the room was amazing! Can't wait to go back to the Colorado River. Another amenity is the EV charging and this is unfortunately the part which was difficult during my stay. The first night I had to wait until a none EV vehicle moved. I actually asked a lady that was sitting in her car just how long she would be there to wait to secure the space. The lady said she didn't know and well I had to wait. Luckily the only one EV charging car eventually left the casino and I was able to park and charge my car. I honestly think this lady was just sleepibg there for the night since jt was 2am. Most spaces taken by none EV charging vehicles. It's not about being close to an entrance which is what these none ev vehicles park for. An inconvenience doesn't make it right to park there. Just like any other parking space that is labeled and people usually follow what is indicated."

"We stop by in our way to Phoenix AZ. Our stay makes for a nice break in a car trip. I love the water and the hotel always provides a good time."

"Rooms were really comfortable and spacious! Casino was nice. If you are non-smoker the non-smoking area for gambling is nice. More machines in the non-smoking area than smoking area. They do not offer late check out at all past 11am so know that. Restaurant was great. Pool looks fun, just didn't get a chance to go enjoy pool this time. Love that the riverwalk takes you to a few more casino/hotels within walking distance!!"

"Overall it was perfect for us. The location was a little sketchy, but we weren't there a lot. The key code was a pain but Patricia fixed it immediately. Found old bread, yuck. Also bedding had human hair on it...gross and the bbq was nasty. Yet it was easy to get to and location was easy to access the local attractions. Overall I would recommend it"
