“No issues. It was exactly what I needed. I came in town for a Squash tournament.”

“The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. Then we were told we’d be placed in another room it never happened due to a wedding at the hotel. Maintenance……

“This hotel was undergoing construction, which we didn’t know when we reserved our stay. That said, our room was very clean, staff was very nice and the included breakfast was great. However, we were staying overnight because we went to a wedding and knew we would be out late and wanted to have a nice, relaxing morning with our family (who also reserved rooms). The frustrating thing that prevented this was an extremely loud fire alarm went off for approximately two hours in the morning! It was……

“We checked in at midnight but the staff was really friendly to help me. The room is not big but absolutely clean. One thing that surprise me is the breakfast, its really good, i love the hot scramble eggs cereal, and we can make waffle by ourselves. Also, there are many kind of nut you can take it. I just love it all. I would recommend you come, but its better to have a car, it is 30 mins drive to Boston. In addition, the nearby live environment is high level area, so it safe to stay there.”

“I was very disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made the entire room smell bad. The smell was so overwhelming that I had a difficult time relaxing and was unable to get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, this significantly affected my overall experience. I hope the hotel addresses this issue, as cleanliness and comfort are essential for guests.”

“I would like to start with the person who helped me at the front desk was super nice and very friendly. They had a dog area for people with pets and it was a decent amount or grass with poop bags and a trash can for the bags. That said, the actual room itself was really disappointing. Me and my boyfriend felt so uncomfortable that we slept on top of the blanket and I even put my own blanket down so I wouldn’t have to touch the bed. Our bathroom sink did not drain. You could just tell it’s not……
