"Gorgeous modern home! The owner was super easy to talk to and reasonable. No cleanliness issues at all. Although the functionality of the outdoor built-in speakers during grilling or ceiling speakers for films would have added to the experience, it did not impact the overall excellence of our stay. The views were incredible. Overall, highly recommend!"

"My sister, my friend and I had a relaxing girls weekend. We woke up every morning to the beautiful site and sounds of Lake Michigan right outside our door. The condo was the perfect size for us. It was clean and had all the essentials needed. Thank you!"

"Sleepy Hollow grounds were beautiful, and Terrace 16 was well located near the office and pool, with nice outdoor areas in the front and back of the condo. Inside the condo looked like what we expected from the images. The kitchen is small, but that was ok for us. Downstairs laundry was great for our stay!"

"Easy to rent and SUPER close to Lake Michigan access. No hot water in bathroom sink and bed mattress kind of hard and lumpy. But I enjoyed the property very much. Beautiful!"

"We've stayed in this development before, and LOVE the location! The property was clean and the hosts were very responsive. Really appreciated the family room set up with comfortable seating for a group! Beach chairs and umbrella were amazing! The beds are not great (which was a disappointment) and, personally, I would have loved to have ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Properties like this make vacationing easy! Thanks Dean & team!"

"We love the house and the back yard. The house was very clean and tidy and also adorable. Also, there were beach towels and beach chairs which was fantastic! We certainly used them on the beach. We were in town for a wedding and it was a very comfortable place for us to stay and easy access to where we needed to be."

"What a lovely home. Everything you need for a perfect stay just outside of the main areas but 5 minutes to the beach. Very clean throughout, the washer and dryer is a bonus. I did cook while there and everything I needed I found easily. Owners were very easy to communicate with. The little touches of having coffee, tea and popcorn available was perfect.
