“Its a great property with breathtaking views of the beach. We had the beachfront room with amazing view. Staff is very polite and tries their best to communicate even though 90% of them don't speak English. The dinner reservation booking process is very smooth and you can easily book a reservation with 2 restaurants for ala carte. The main restaurant CUA is buffet only and you can easily walk in to grab a table without any issues. I would highly recommend this property and will also advise on……

“The service was terrible. I left a jacket in the self-service restaurant, and an employee said they saw it, but when I inquired about it, there was no result. I even asked the front desk, but the jacket was simply gone. Although it wasn't worth much, I'm truly disappointed with this kind of service.”

“Amazing services. The amenities are definitely something to remember. The staff were very attentive. The entire place was so clean and the room service and restaurant staff were so nice. I have absolutely no complaints except for the concierge. It was definitely harassing my family trying to sell us something.”
