“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“Die Unterkunft liegt wunderbar im Dschungel und ist somit auch ein sehr ruhiger und erholsamer Ort. Wir haben dort sehr lecker zu Abend gegessen und es gibt auch eine größere Auswahl zum Frühstück, welches ebenfalls sehr lecker war. Unser Zimmer war ok, es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können. Die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und haben sich für die Tiere vor Ort begeistert. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, aber vollkommen ausreichend für eine Durchreise.”

“Very nice room and environment. The beds were very hard, but we loved everything else about the room. Breakfast was good and we could order it in advance so they could prepare it and we didnt have to wait. Very good service overall!”

“The road to the resort was not paved at all (dirt road with tons of potholes, an SUV or bigger vehicle is a must), it was remote, no cell reception (download an offline map), surrounded by jungle. We had fun driving through. The property was nice, peaceful and surrounded by nature. There is no cell reception but there is a wifi. The room that we stayed in was the comfort room. It was clean and comfortable. There was a musty smell at first but we aired the room out and it was fine after. I……

“This is the second time we have been here. It is a beautiful resort. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Their restaurants have amazing food. It is a quiet resort. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of music at the pool. They only had it during a water workout class. They had it playing at the one pool, but it was so low no one could hear it. If you want a lounge chair by the pool, you do need to get there pretty early, or it's difficult to find one. We really enjoyed the swim out……

“The rooms were cleaned, staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel and the sister hotels near by. The food was okay ,average buffet style options. The pastries were my favorite of the trip! You can ever go wrong with open bar and drinks all morning till sun down.”

It was the most relaxing resort stay of my life and I can't say enough about the staff, location and smooth operation of the entire business! Our 2 rooms (one with ocean view) exceeded our expectations, as did the cleanliness, food and attentive but not overbearing service.
