“We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights. They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride……

“This place is fabulous for the people that wants to have a jungle full experience.”

“Property was well maintained and updated staff was ok pleasant we did go on a very rainy season the place smelled horrible because of the seaweed not a lot to do in the resort for younger couples food in the kitchen Buffett was ok nothing out of the world.”

“A very nice budget hotel”

“Excellent établissement. Personnels très agréable. Je recommande fortement. Nous avons pris un supplément petit déjeuner chaud avec des œufs, omelette… vraiement EXCELLENT. Les hôtes nous avaient même préparés un feu de bois à côté de nos tentes et fournis des bonbons à faire griller. Les tentes était équipé de ventilateurs à l’intérieur.”

“舒适、安全、服务周全。需要改进的：wifi 覆盖”

“This is a really hard review to write. The staff tried so hard to make sure everything was good, but at the first sign of us not being satisfied - they turned on us. You could tell we were “that Expedia couple who only gave 4 stars”… The beach is unusable and the seaweed is literally out of control… like 2-4ft high piles on the beach… right in front of the diamond club. Completely disgusting to look at and to smell. Not the hotel’s fault, but if you are going for a beach holiday- this is not……

“The staff so kind and nice”

“Best resort you will ever stay in. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. You will enjoy the pools and beach. While seaweed is a problem throughout the Mayan Riviera the Edition probably does the best job of keeping the beach clean and pristine.”

“Valentin is a nice resort, plenty of pools to choose from. Beach was just okay. Be prepared to do lots of walking though, unless you wait for rides. It was a bit too big of a resort for me. Lots of restaurants to choose from with no reservation needed except for the hibachi which is nice. Pool service great most of the time. Shows in theatre are okay but it is way too loud in there. Lots of people walked out, including me because of it. Simple fix so I don’t know why they don’t deal with……
