Good size and good location. Got a balcony to look outside. Only wish the view is a little better, as it faces city buildings, rather than the Mersey river. Bathroom, TV and kitchen facility are all spot on!

Hotel looks like it was a nice hotel but looks very tired now. Was clean enough but dated decor. I only stayed one night and it was great for what i wanted and location is great

The Racquet Club was fine for what it is, but it is not a Hotel, and the Hotels.com listing is misleading. Breakfast is not available at the Property which is contrary to the description provided at time of booking

My room was really dirty. Crusty carpet, curly hairs on the toilet and sink. The wi-fi was also only available on the ground. There was no signal on the floor with the rooms and to someone that had to check emails that was just insufferable. For what I paid for this was pretty lackluster. It didn't help the front desk was constantly absent as well. Avoid if possible

Good option near waterfront

Great location, near waterfront and Town Hall. Good service from staff. Beautiful building - elegant, high ceilings, spacious. Room adequate but a little tired, and lift also slightly juddery. I booked last minute, and confirmation warned they may have live music until 1am most weekends but this didn’t happen on my stay, so no problems for me.
