The front desk attendants were excellent—super fast delivery of extra towels, hot tub was warm and ready to go. It was a great stay at the Overlook Chalet. It was a bit farther than expected to all the Hocking Hils hiking sites...lots of hills and curves to get to them not the easiest fir motion sickness people. The floor boards around hot tub are green, nails are sticking out of the floor boards, the basement bedrooms are missing TVs and the layout is very strange. The kitchen and living room upstairs were beautiful and the property was very clean, however, it was as if the property owners short changed a few small details that could have increased their ROI and tenant experience! The basement has room for a washer/dryer but instead they put a wrestling game there and the outdoor fire pit benches are way too close to the fire pit. We loved the hot tub but it could have been more enjoyed with a tv out there or at a minimum string lights. I rate this property a 3 because it was very clean and nice, but a lot of missing items in the property and the drive too it reminded me of the Hills Have Eyes! ##### Amanda G. Only has a charcoal grill so don't forget the charcoal like I did. Beds are firm and comfy. Broadband internet. No satellite internet. Big plus! Cool, classic video game console in the basement too. It was very clean and stocked well. It was a good location but a little further away from the park then we knew.
