“The property had roaches my key card barely worked and the property had roaches”

“The check in was easy. However my key card for the door stopped working in the middle of my stay and I have to see someone at the front desk to fix it. The last night of my stay the battery in the smoke detector was low and was beeping. When I went to the front desk to see about getting the battery replaced I was told that there was no one to change it until the morning”
