Allerede første dag var personalet meget hjælpsomme og lavede en ekstra opredning da jeg havde feber. Jeg var efter 2 dage så uheldig at komme til skade med min ryg så jeg hverken kunne stå eller sidde. Da jeg var alene afsted med min søn på 18 år var det ikke nogen sjov situation. Personalet på Paradiso var helt fantastiske til at hjælpe os. De har gjort langt mere end man kunne forvente. De har snakket med læger, ambulancetjenesten og sågar politiet for at sikre, at vi kunne komme ud af Livignodalen inden tunnelen lukkede om lørdagen. Vi havde halvpension og de bragte maden op på værelset og lavede specialmad hvis vi ønskede det, samt sørgede for at min søn fik noget til frokost (selv om dette ikke var med halvpensionen) Jeg kan kun anbefale dette sted til alle som ønsker at holde ferie i Livigno. Stedet var rigtig godt, men det er hjælpsomheden vi aldrig vil glemme.

Sadly not an appreciative stay at all

First of all, the rooms are smaller then listet in the description. Fortunately we could switch rooms, but had to get by without balcony, the beds are very hard, every morning we woke up with a sore lower back. They didn't change sheets at all for 6 days, but although we didn't put the towels on the floor we got clean once every day. The owner have a big dog that barked a lot when put in a leash out in front of the hotel, and be careful where you walk, cause they are not picking up after it. The hotel is located 3 km from downtown and a long walk back from the restaurants when the bus stops running a few minuts past 8 pm. We had to drive home one day early because og an emergency meeting. So we asked for a refund, the owner told us that we could try to call the booking agency but that it would probably be difficult so she doubted that we could get our money back. We then called hotels.com and after they talked to the hotel owner and told her that it was they who had to pay the refund, she suddenly changed her explanation and said we had to have a good reason to go home a day early. We just stood there in shock and could'nt believe that a hotelmanager could be so rude, we left in silens. When we got home I wrote a nice letter to her, asking for the refund if she had a change of heart. Sadly we never heard back.

Bardzo fajny hotel, dobre jedzenie, miła obsługa, na miejscu bar. jedynym minusem było to, że WiFi w pokoju nr 29 działało słabo.
