Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Decorated nicely! Beds were comfortable. Great location for popular Shoreditch spots. The times to reached out to customer service they were friendly and quick to respond. Arrived to find broken glass all over the patio/entry. The couch was stained and dirty.
