This 3 Bedrooms 2 Bathrooms very large and spacious Apartment over looking the river and walking distance to the Docklands Sailing & Watersports Centre, There is a very lovely pub that serves breakfast, lunch & dinner just across the road (The Hubbub). Asda and Tesco Express is just walking distance from the apartment . There are various Bus routes opposite to the apartment that can take you to central london.
The apartment is walking distance to 2 DLR stations ( Mudchute & Island Gardens). Canary wharf underground station is only 5mins away by bus or taxi.

It is an easy access to Excel Exhibition centre which is less than 15mins by drive.

The apartment as been refurbished to a high standard with newly integrated appliances in the kitchen which includes fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, washer dryer .
