"This is a good place to stay when going to a Columbus Blue Jackets hockey game. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Arena District. I wasn't keen on the parking (it's across the street, and kind of difficult to get to and out of). Otherwise, it's a decent enough hotel for what we wanted."

"This Dowager hotel has lost her luster. She is tired and rundown. We had to ask for toilet paper during our recent stay of a week. No housekeeping. The thermostat was immovable. The decor is dated. It is in an excellent location. There is no valet parking (or at least there wasn’t when we were there. You had to park in a parking garage. Going in and out and paying each time is ridiculous for a hotel of a caliber it used to be. If location is important, this is a great hotel. If you need parking, amenities and toilet paper, look elsewhere."
