“There was trash daily in hallways, overflowing trash cans everywhere. Liquid and food trash in elevators. The staircase was cleaner than the elevators. My room and the hallway it was off of smelled like mold, carpet in bad shape, obvious water damage, tub didn’t hold water, needed a wrench to turn on shower or any water going to shower, toilet randomly ran water consistently. “Very unique property from ~1930. Renovated from being Cleveland school system HQ to a hotel. We loved the lobby art and the architectural features that remain from the original building. Room was comfortable, staff friendly, and breakfast filling. Great stay!

“I was double charged and treated very poorly when trying to investigate why at the front desk. After 3 trips and 4 staff members it was resolved. After this our room keys kept stop working so we made multiple trips to get new keys to our room. I never want to see that front desk again to say the least. Poor customer service. Facility was okay for budget hotel.”
