“Staff was friendly and helpful. If you plan to go to Cedar Point then a must as you receive early park passes since you are staying in one of their resorts. My only complaint would be cleanliness and upkeep on property. Not terrible but not ideal.”

“Room was clean, but a little musty. Not sure why. Could not get Disney on the tv for the kids. No lobby coffee. The landscaping was gorgeous. Room was comfortable. Not bad overall.”

“There were no Kleenex, coffee pot, microwave, very small tv, & need more storage space in the bathrooms. Rooms & staff were great. There is no breakfast. The pool water is ice cold Close to everything.”

“Our bathroom sink was clogged, our blankets had random stains on them. Our shower had a large Crack and grime along the railing inside the shower. The pool floor was covered in grime and sludge and needed to desperately be cleaned. Breakfast was the best perk here. Also the main lobby smelled very musty. I wouldnt recommend it I would just go somewhere else”
