“Pros: Enjoyed the indoor water park. Clean and well-staffed/monitored by lifeguards. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk staff helpful. Cons: Water park closes at 8:00 p.m. No visible security personnel in the hotel. Teens, talking loud and playing, ran up and down the second floor hallway well after midnight.”

“When we checked in at 6:30 pm there was an exterior door propped open and another exterior door was propped open at 9:30pm. The staff said they would shut them at night. I have no idea why they were open. It wasn’t safe and the staff did not seem to care about the safety of its customers. The mattress was hard and the breakfast was not great. I would not stay there again. There are several other hotels across the street. I would go to one of those.”

“Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……
