“The hotel is large, with pool, access to a beach at the lake. It is clean and adjacent to the amusement park, which is great. There is also adequate parking space. The two main issues: 1. No good restaurants at the premises. The ones that are there are barely any good. 2. The hotel is not entirely well kept.”

“I had toilet issues and no one came to help! Also housekeeping did not come once I stood a week it wasn’t a good experience at all!”

“When we checked in at 6:30 pm there was an exterior door propped open and another exterior door was propped open at 9:30pm. The staff said they would shut them at night. I have no idea why they were open. It wasn’t safe and the staff did not seem to care about the safety of its customers. The mattress was hard and the breakfast was not great. I would not stay there again. There are several other hotels across the street. I would go to one of those.”

“Couldn’t even make it to my stay because of the hazardous air quality. I was told I’d be getting a FULL refund, yet I’ve spent days calling and hearing nothing but, “The manager isn’t in. Call back tomorrow.” At some point, it stops being an excuse and starts being terrible customer service. I was really looking forward to my first trip to PIB, but after this experience I’ll be staying somewhere else when I reschedule. God awful customer service, unprofessional management.”

“We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In……

“Hallway smelled stale and musky. Room was old school w tub/shower vs walk in shower. Tough big step into tub for older or people with disabilities. Gym was excellent. Large with a lot of equipment choices. Peloton bikes were great. Restaurant was average. Chips were made onsite but you could tell the oil was old and cooker needed to be cleaned out. The staff was exceptional. Helpful! Outwardly kind and loved the morning greetings!”
