"Everything was excellent, except in the room with our extra bed sofa bed we didn’t have any pillows or blankets to accommodate the other two people, and there was no more towels in the pool clean otherwise everything was good. Staff was excellent and friendly."

Tranquility Bay Beachfront Hotel and Resort

"We had a very nice stay at Tranquility Bay. The resort is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the beach and pool areas are perfect for relaxing. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for a family getaway. However, I do think Villa 35 needs some attention. The furniture and carpet were clean, but they had several visible stains that made the villa look worn and did not give the best impression. Also, the remote control for the living room TV felt sticky and should have been cleaned or replaced before our arrival. These details did not ruin our stay, but for a resort of this level, I would expect the interior of the villa and frequently touched items to be in better condition. With some updates and a little more attention to these details, the experience would be even better."
