Nestled in the popular Trailside community of Okemo Mountain Resort, this three-bedroom condo offers an unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location right on the Sachem Trail, a beginner-friendly run perfect for all ages. Spread across multiple levels, this spacious condo is designed for comfort and relaxation after a day on the slopes. Step inside through a convenient mudroom and discover a full kitchen equipped with everything you need, a dining area ideal for gathering, and a cozy living room with large windows, and a plush sectional. Just outside, the deck invites you to savor slow mornings and starlit evenings. The thoughtfully designed layout includes one bedroom and a full bathroom on the upper level, a half-bath on the main floor, and two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, a laundry room, and a private sauna on the lower level. At Okemo Mountain Resort, you’ll enjoy a vertical drop of 2,200 feet, 20 lifts, and 121 trails, slopes, and glades. When you’re ready for a change of pace, downtown Ludlow is just over two miles away. THINGS TO KNOW This condo does not have air conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
