"Los elevadores no funcionaban, tuve que subir las escaleras para el quinto piso y cuando llegaba a la habitación la tarjeta llave de entrar estaba desactivada y tuve que bajar nuevamente por laa escaleras para el lobby para que la activaran. Eso ocurrió en las siguientes dos noches de haber hecho el check in. Nunca recogieron la basura del cuarto ni llevaron toallas limpias. La cafetera estaba defectuosa. "
