"The entire hotel is very clean and modern, within a recently renovated historic building. Very good location, close (but not too close) to bars and restaurants. The Plains of Abraham are just steps outside the door and the walled city is easily walkable too. Quebec City (old town) is very hilly, so be prepared for that. Although there is no 'reception' at the hotel, the response to emails/messages was very prompt and helpful. There is no elevator at the property, but they do offer lower floor(s) should you require. The Nespresso machines in each room add to 'Euro' feel of the area! Overall, highly recommended."

This tub was on an elevated platform (raised above the regular floor by about 3 inches - we kept banging our toes on the side of this platform, some kind of caution alert should be installed. The host of this establishment was exceptional - very dedicated and helpful."

"Place and location were great. BUT, our back door was arbitrary opened by a stranger at 11pm one night. When the intruder realized someone was inside, they took off. When we reached out to the host, we were told that maintenance would check it out “asap”. They came the next day. We slept that night with the doors blocked by furniture. We never heard of any reason/outcome from the incident, only that they came and checked it out."
