The elevator was not available for us. In addition, to have the pool heated they were charging 130.00 a day which in my opinion is ridiculous. The heater was not even operable and they did refund our money. The pet deposit is also non-refundable. Little to no cooking utensils if you plan to cook. For the amount of money we paid for the week (especially during a holiday) the home couldOf had more simple amenities for guest use. ##### Tammi R.
