"We had a great stay, beginning with Daniella who checked us in to the hotel. We had a 15th Floor room with an amazing view of both Heavenly Village and Lake Tahoe! The pool area was nice and relaxing. Unfortunately the hot tub was not in service during our visit, but the heated pool was lovely. The newly renovated Tessie's Lounge was an inviting space with delicious drinks and we enjoyed lively conversation with other patrons. We enjoyed the coffee and pastries at Cleo's, especially the hazelnut cream croissant! The casino was fun, even though we didn 't win any money.On our last night, we enjoyed a delicious meal at Sapori Italian Kitchen at Harrah's next door. A memorable stay!"
