“The staff is great is just the furniture is way out of date and the non smoking rooms the linens were burnt other than that is ok ”

“Had to turn the water off while showering because it wouldn’t drain and would overflow the pan. Hotel appeared to be under renovations? Outlets didn’t work in the room. Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind.”

“The room was completely nasty to the taped up refrigerator and the dirty curtains and the random holes in the wall I almost did not feel safe staying at this place to the creepy people watching me enter my room I don’t think I will be returning back to this place just overall the room was filthy I did not want to touch or sit anywhere an there sat in the corner was a stained old chair yea no I won’t be coming back ”

“I’ve stayed multiple times at the brick kiln golf resort and lodge , and played the golf course multiple times as well.The course -hotel and restaurant (the nest) , are top notch. The thing that constantly stands out- is the staff !!! Always a pleasure to interact and connect with. This particular team— pro shop - Garrett and Owen- and the nest - Cayla - and check in personnel were - as usual- just an absolute pleasure. Keeps me and my family coming back when visiting our daughter at CNU”
