“This makes the second Moxy we have stayed at and both times it did not disappoint. In fact this trip we seek out a Moxy because of experience at the one in Kentucky. All staff members we interacted with from the valet attendant to check in and bar staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed playing pool and some other games in the lobby and always enjoy the laid-back and trendy atmosphere. We took a nice walk from the hotel to the riverfront, which was beautiful at sunset.”

“The elevators are nice but the one elevator on the floor I parked was out. Also I got threatened to leave out my room. The front desk called me stating that I need to pay or leave immediately. I had my reservation for 2 nights not one. That lady had an attitude when she was in the wrong. Then when the situation was fixed and I had left the hotel I could not get back to my room because I was locked out I went downstairs and waited 45 minutes for a new room key.”
