“Check-in was simple, no fuss. Upgraded to excellent room upon arrival, the room was very clean and the attention to detail by the cleaning staff was quite apparent. All staff were very friendly and made sure our needs were met. Overall, this is one of the better mid-range hotels I've stayed at in the NCR. Well done.”

“I booked this stay for my parents, and they had a WONDERFUL time! I left a note on the booking that it was my mom’s birthday and they left a christmas card, a birthday card and a little treat. This made them feel so special and it made the splurge so worth it. Highly recommend this gorgeous hotel!”

“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”
