“Pros: The issue with the air conditioning was addressed fairly quickly, and the on-site handyman did an excellent job. The proximity to Newburyport was also a major plus. Cons: While the room appeared tidy, it wasn’t as clean as expected. The property is located directly behind a very loud restaurant/bar, making it quite noisy, and the surrounding area wasn’t particularly appealing. Considering the price, it was disappointing overall. “This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything.
