“We stayed here for a girls weekend. The location was great but the penthouse itself needs a lot of updating. The pictures you see on line are deceiving. The kitchen has a bunk bed in it. We had very few towels and only a couple of make up removal towels. There was a very small sign that stated if the towels have make up stains or other stains on them that there would be money taken from the deposit. We had only 6 towels for four days and there were 5 of us. The most positive review I can give is……

“Great property in the middle of South Beach for a family of four adults. Check in process was seamless; host was very responsive to any questions. She provided a wonderful list of recommended restaurants and things to do. Apartment was very clean and stocked with essentials.”

“First of all, the room we booked wasn't what was given to us. I walked in and the place was filthy. The smell in the room was a complete turn off. Their agent showed me two other rooms before settling in room 3135. It still wasn't what was booked but was better. The rooms are aged and need attention. I couldn't take a proper shower because the water kept getting cold. The kitchen appliances showed signs of rust. The floors were dirty and we had to clean it ourselves. No shampoo……
