“This is my second time staying with this property (they have multiple units) and this time I was not as pleased as last. The pull out bed had not been cleaned, cushions were dirty, and the floor had not been swept for a long time. I even found a baby bottle from a previous reservation. The carpet in the unit was dirty and had not been cleaned. Otherwise, the check in process was ok, and the rest of the unit was fine.”

Upon arrival, the unit was not as clean as expected, some of the furniture appeared damaged/broken, and there was ongoing construction that was not disclosed in the listing. The windows were also covered in plastic, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere and comfort of the stay. “My step daughter booked this for me when I visited Miami. This was an amazing location. Everything was nice and extremely comfortable. I love that you need a gate code to enter and anyone cannot just pop in. Parking is available but I didn’t drive. Everything was extremely close so I was able to use public transportation. 1000/10 rating! The staff were amazing too. They made sure I checked in and if everything was okay!”
