Pool area was nice, off the intercoastal. Communication between Victoria Rental Properties and the BW Resort definitely needs improvement. When you check in, know that there is a resort fee per day...was not informed. In addition, I was told that I'll be reimbursed the security deposit within 3-5 days. At check-in, I was informed 7-10 days (?). Stayed in a standard room. Nice view from the balcony. When we walked in the room smelled moldy/damp. Mold in the shower, no washcloths, stains all around. When I came down to the front desk to ask for washcloths, they gave me one hand towel (?). Figured out when I got back to the room (21st floor). There are nice restaurants walking distance. Absolutely loved ETARU (Japanese cuisine). Next time I do another staycation in Hallandale, I'll be looking elsewhere.
