"The airport shuttle was very convenient however, very difficult to find. For any future travelers, when you disembark your flight, go to the first floor, then walk down to doors 5-7, walk outside, cross the first two lanes of traffic to the median, you'll find the hotel shuttle waiting area. Wait for Clairon shuttle and hop on. Directions were very confusing on the website, and when I tried calling the front desk to clarify I received no answer, I had to call 5 times before I was able to speak to a staff member. All the staff I spoke to was kind and helpful. The port shuttle was fantastic, staff knew exactly where to go. All in all I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!"

"The airport shuttle was not available when I got in, the staff was very apologetic and told me to check back with them later in the night if the shuttle would be available for the next day, (I only stayed for one night). I stopped back later, spoke to a different employee who looked at me confused and said the shuttle had been running all day and would of course be running in the morning, after I explained it hadn't been and was told to check back. The bathroom in the hotel room had a lot of dust/dirt in the corners. I had read other reviews stating the comforters were on the floor, which was true and I thought odd. I found two small worms in the blanket. Please hotel management if you're reading this, stop putting the comforters on the floor, just put them on the bed. The hotel shuttle was running the next morning and I was able to take it to the airport."

"One of the things I liked about this room was that it was clean and large enough for our bags. The faucet was however broke and dripped water all night (we got in late and didn't realize the issue couldn't immediately be fixed) and the air conditioner was super loud. People were loud in the hallways. There are plenty of hotels closer to the airport that were affordable and would be cheaper with an Uber so I definitely would not do this place again. It needs to be updated and doesn't offer much."

"My only issue, and it's a big one, was the mattress. My room had a queen bed, which was really two twin beds put together, andI kept finding myself sinking in the middle where the split between mattresses were. Couldn't tell when you weren't in the bed, but when you laid down, it was very noticeable. Very dissappointing, but I liked the hotel and the room and the staff. The bed is a dealbreaker though. I had a horrible night sleep."
