From this room you have direct access to the large, open terrace area of the house. The living room is technically equipped with TV and DVD player and Wi-Fi. Large, bright kitchen area with ceramic hob, convection oven and fridge freezer. There are three bedrooms in the house and a large bathroom with pleasant underfloor heating. Washer and clothes dryer are also installed. There is also a heated conservatory with direct access to the terrace. The cottage is located next to a large nature reserve, where there are many species of birds, a rich bird life, including the rare bird of prey marsh harrier, which breeds here in the region for several years.
