“不喜欢住一楼，却还是安排在一楼，哎”

“When I went to check out on Monday morning, August 17, there was no one at the desk but a Spanish-speaking woman walking around who said she would have them check me out but nobody was there. I said I could not wait and left and had to call the property myself. I would not stay there again and my brother lives 15 minutes away.”

“This hotel was just ok. It was clean but overall not the best experience. The whole hotel smelled awful. The smell of chlorine in the lobby / breakfast area was overpowering. The upstairs hallway and our room smelled very musty and stagnant. The bedding and pillows were very poor quality and uncomfortable. We had a king room and used the fold-out sofa for our daughter and it was terrible. Extremely uncomfortable, even for a child. Thankfully we were only here for one night and it met……

“No air conditioning in the main lobby and halls. Was at least 90% inside the hotel when I walked in. Took 3 hours to cool down the room as the AC wasnt on at all in there.”
