Be careful while making payment....

Pros: Fairly decent room for the price Closer to Airport
Cons: Double payment,reversal hassles Discourteous staff Poor house keeping - towels not kept needed follow ups No room service Poor breakfast arrangement
Location: Safe location
They charged us at time of check in saying they did not receive any payment from Expedia. They didn't bother to check before charging and made a big fuss to return them money, and did it only after I put my foot down. One more issue was that they were confused whether or not to charge extra for breakfast. They charged for one day out of 6, and when I demanded an explanation they didn't have one and finally took the charge out. Bottom-line, they do not have any process and people are untrained.

Good Hotel if you just want a place to sleep

They serve a fair breakfast. Parking is in front of the hotel with security guard on duty.

Not a good hotel at all. Needs a new management team to come in & run this hotel properly. * Breakfast is not included. * Poor cable TV selection. Bad reception. * TV badly positioned. * External noises can be heard in the room. * No pool or gym. * Slow internet connection only available in rooms on ground floor. * Bathroom extractor fan not working. * Shower shelf broken. * Closet rail broken. * Electronic key system non functional. * Room only cleaned very late on first day, after 17:30.

not recommended- next to taxi rank and the photos on internet make you believe it is better than reality
