Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. Dinner at The Arbutus Room was a highlight of the weekend. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and thoughtfully presented. Thomas, our server, was absolutely wonderful—professional, attentive, and full of personality. He made the evening feel celebratory without ever being overbearing, and his service truly elevated our dining experience. Our spa treatments were equally memorable. We each enjoyed a Dead Sea Body Wrap including a mini facial and massage. The whole spa experience was calm, rejuvenating, and impeccably run. "The cottage is beautiful with lots of natural light and plenty of space. It was equipped with everything we needed. The views are amazing and it’s a great location for day trips to Victoria, Sidney, and other areas. It made our stay extra relaxing. The host was always friendly and available and quick to answer our questions. There are lots of great restaurants and activities nearby. We loved the beach at Island View Park."

"I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough if you want a peaceful, very comfortable accommodation. The B&B was gorgeous, the bedroom & en-suite were wonderful and the hand made breakfast made by the host Juliette was so delicious. The location is such that you need a car but I think if you are travelling around the beautiful island of Vancouver you would have one anyway."
