"Place was in excellent condition, and just right for 4 adults. There is a garage driveway for parking, which could easily fit 2 vehicles. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Communication with Michael was smooth and easy, and the check-in/out process was a breeze. Great place to stay. Be advised it is 20-30 minutes outside of downtown Victoria, depending on traffic. That said, the highway that leads into Victoria isn't far from the rental and it's an easy route to hop on and off of."

"If I could give this a higher rating than just 5/5 I absolutely would!! My girl friend and I and my small dog stayed at this beautiful property for 9 wonderful days in September just as the autumn colours were beginning to turn and are already looking forward to our next stay! We enjoyed 2 separate bedrooms with VERY comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom and a great little well stocked kitchenette. We were able to cook our meals there when we wanted or we could drive to restaurants in the area. Saanich is wonderfully quiet, scenic and rural. It's very laid back but it's within easy drive to Victoria if you're looking for bright lights and night life. Ian our host was not on the property for most of the time but very responsive when we had questions. The other part of the house is also available as a vrbo but there were never any issues with noise between the two parts of the house. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to get away and unwind (no tv but great wifi) We'll definitely be back!! Thanks Ian!!"
