“2 adults 5 children. they gave us an extra roll a bed to help things fit. we were there for an event at Fiserve forum that evening, it was easy and safe to get there and back using the Highland parking structure. Was a little bit tricky checking in because of no on-street parking, but one of us sat in the car and check in was quick and there was good off street parking available once we checked in. cool building, large room, comfortable. would visit again.”

“Our stay overall was good. I booked a handicap room with a roll in shower and the first room that they gave to us was not handicapped accessible. Then I went down there to change my room and they gave me a new room. It did take them about an hour to have us move into it and it did not have a roll in shower, but it was more accessible. The beds were a little high to get into so I couldn’t get into them myself as a paraplegic. The pillows at the hotel were terrible and they gave me a neck ache.……

“Overall it was a pretty nice experience staying in Westin. The location is right in the center where you can go everywhere within walk distance. ”

“Beautiful hotel! The room was very nice; there were several lights out in our room and the front desk was quick to get the issue resolved when we told them. The parking garage next door was easily accessible, and the walk was a breeze. Lobby was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. It will be our go-to hotel when staying in the area from here on out.”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”
