Great place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is clean and comfortable. Clean comfortable beds. I brought towels and wash cloths, but we didn’t need them since there was plenty of towels. The kitchen was very spacious and all the appliances worked. The bedroom TV didn’t work, but that’s ok the living room pull out sofa bed was comfortable as well.

Condo 1305 Ariel Dunes II

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pictures of unit is not current. Very run down, furniture worn out, love seat had a rip that was sewn. Base boards and doors dirty in main bathroom. Towel hanger ripped out of wall getting out of shower unable to hang towel. Carpet dated, furniture on balcony rickety table dirty with human hair. I have been to Ariel dunes four times, most likely will NOT return. Also, received a ticket for our parking pass that fell on my dash board most likely from closing the door. Security guard told us to go the the HOS and they would take care of it. They did not.. said I could take a picture and email to get resolved. Too much of a pain when you cannot even get in the resort with out one. This policy needs to be changed for your guests, its not the $25 it is the customer service aspect of it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I enjoyed my stay. The unit personal are great. This unit had some problems. The furniture and rug should be replaced. The dryer needs cleaned out from lint. The unit needs new curtains and a general updating. I had my bike stolen from the outside bike rack. It was locked up. We watched the person take it on the security cameras. I like the location and view . It’s a wonderful unit but it needs updating. The maintenance people were great. They put in a new dishwasher and where fixing the ice maker.

Very nice balcony view.The only negative was the 72 degree AC "rule" was bad as the condo was very warm. Otherwise it was very nice.

Reviewer Comments: The best feature of our recent stay was the view from the 13th floor. The carpet was EXTREMELY dirty and stained. Obviously a previous renter must have had a dog as the legs of the furniture had chew marks. Very tired looking unit. Definitely needs refreshing for the price. We’re told as a repeat visitor that there would be a 5% discount. This did not happen. Our rate was the same as everyone else. Repeatedly requested maintenance on ice maker. Finally received a bag of ice from office.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property has potential. The shower was leaking on the wall and creating a big puddle every time it was used. I personally fixed that issue as it was very annoying. Probably most upsetting was the freezer did not make ice. I contacted Seascape immediately and was told that the HOA would immediately be notified. We stayed there for seven nights and spent $2500 yet had no ice in 100° heat.

Perfect family condo!

Our family of 5 stayed in this condo and it was perfect! A short walk to the beach, fabulous pools, great restaurants just off property! We weren’t clear on the beach service, but after our first day, we figured it out. All of the amenities (including discounts to several restaurants and businesses) were available to us even though we booked through vrbo. This unit is directly in front of the elevators, which made everything even more convenient with 3 young kids. The ONLY thing I thought was missing was a hair dryer, but with the humidity and ocean air, it wouldn’t have done much good so I just let me hair air dry. Our kids loved the bunk beds and we rented a crib for our infant that we set up in the living room. We absolutely loved our stay at Ariel Dunes and will be booking again next summer!

Nasty carpet and dirty sofa

The bedroom had a king bed which took up most of them room and made it hard to move around in. The hallway bunks were perfect for the kids. We will be staying with Seascape at Ariel Dunes again but will get at least a two-bedroom next time. We booked late and this was all that was available. If you have three or less people this condo will be perfect for your stay!
